Are you open to the public?
Yes, we are open to everyone, we have a small shop display that you can browse and we are always happy to take you through to view items we don’t have out on display.
Can you source or order special items?
Yes, we can source just about anything you require for your kitchen, business, workshop or home. Just ask our staff and we will do our best to accommodate your needs, we also have a range of catalogues that we can show you on request.
Do you deliver?
Yes, we can deliver your order, we have a $3.00 delivery charge and we can usually deliver on the same day.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can come in any time during business hours to collect whatever you need or an order you have placed.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday – Thursday from 8am – 4.30pm and Friday from 8am – 4.00pm.
We are closed on Weekends & Public Holidays
Can I buy now and pay later?
Account applications are available on request, our staff will be happy to assist.
What payment methods do you offer?
We have EFTPOS available for all orders, we also accept cash. Account holders can also pay by account transfer.
Is there a minimum order?
We do not have a minimum dollar value order requirement for the items you can purchase in our store, however, some items are sold in packets that cannot be split and sold individually.
Can I order online?
We are working on setting up an online store but this is not ready at this time.
Gas related FAQs
How do I order a gas bottle for my home?
Call us or come in during business hours to place your order, if you order before 11am we can usually deliver on the same day. You will need to provide your name, address, contact phone number and details of the location of the gas bottle.
How much is a gas bottle?
Gas prices fluctuate on a regular basis, please contact us to find out the current price.
Do you refill forklift gas bottles?
We can swap your empty Origin fork lift gas bottle for a full one, these can be delivered or collected from our store, just call or email to place your order.
Can I collect a household gas bottle?
45kg gas bottles must be transported according to safety standards, if you wish to collect your gas bottle, please discuss this with our staff.
Can I pay for my gas bottle after it has been delivered?
Gas must be paid for before or at the time of delivery unless you have an account with us. Payment can be made instore, over the phone with card or cash payment can be made to our delivery driver.
Will you connect my new gas bottle for me?
Our delivery driver can connect your new gas bottle for you if required, please ask for this service when you order.
What happens to my empty gas bottle?
Our driver will remove your empty Origin gas bottle.
Do you charge rent on gas bottles?
Once we deliver a gas bottle to you, you become an Origin customer and you will receive an annual rental invoice which will need to be paid directly to Origin.
What if I don’t need my gas bottle anymore?
If you are no longer using your gas bottle we can collect it and contact Origin to remove you as a customer to ensure you no longer receive rental invoices.
